Neurocentric Horse Riders Assessment

For: Equestrians dealing with pain, tightness, or performance issues in the saddle

The Problem:

You're tight in one hip. Your shoulders won't stay level. You can't sit deep on one rein. Your lower back aches after every ride.

You've tried Pilates. You've stretched. You've been told to "engage your core" a thousand times. Nothing sticks.

Here's why:

Your brain is protecting you. Old injuries, falls, or compensations have created neurological patterns that keep you tight, weak, or unbalanced—even when you're trying to fix it.

Our Approach:

We assess how your brain and nervous system control your riding position. We look at:

Vision: Are your eyes tracking properly? (Affects balance and straightness)

Vestibular system: Is your inner ear feeding your brain accurate information? (Affects your seat and stability)

Proprioception: Does your brain know where your body is in space? (Affects coordination and feel)

Old injuries & compensations: What's your nervous system still protecting?

Threat response: What's making your brain tighten you up?

Then we retrain the patterns causing your issues.

What You Get:

Full rider assessment (movement, balance, coordination, and neurological function)

Video analysis of your movement patterns

Clear explanation of what's limiting your riding

Personalized plan to fix it

What Changes:

Tightness releases (without endless stretching)

Balance improves on both reins

Your position becomes easier to hold

You ride with more feel and less effort

Who This Is For:

Riders with one-sided tightness or weakness

Anyone who's fallen and never felt quite right since

Riders whose position won't improve no matter how much they practice

Equestrians dealing with lower back, hip, or shoulder pain
