Lucy's
Story

Lucy joined the PB Movement team in August 2024 after successfully completing college with a merit in health and social care and 2 distinction* in double sport and leisure.

Since working at PB movement, Lucy has learnt a wide range of interesting and unusual ways to help the body to improve. In the future , Lucy is wanting to learn different ways to help prevent injuries within sport and is also wanting to help athletes have a better understanding on how to rehabilitate themselves after injuries. As she is an international cheerleader, she is wanting to broaden her knowledge to help athletes which may experience potential injuries, to reduce or overcome the impacts in which they may face. But also help to widen athletes knowledge about their body to allow them to understand how to avoid injuries.

At PB Movement Lucy is offering sports massages but in the future she is hoping to be able to offer more treatments to clients and develop more qualifications. Alongside working at PB Movement Lucy is also level 1 to 6 qualified in coaching cheerleading.

In her spare time, Lucy coaches 3 competition teams in cheerleading. Lucy has done cheerleading since she was 5 and is still doing it to this day. Lucy competes in 2 travel teams which go all over the world including America. Lucy’s weekends normally includes a lot of cheerleading.
